7 Bridges Brewing

If you’re looking for fantastic craft beer, food, and atmosphere, look no further, friends! 7 Bridges has it all. The venue is awesome, with a great view from the terrace of Le Tan Ton street in D1. 7 Bridges went from the garage to gold medals in only two years. Founded in Da Nang and made their way to Saigon and Hanoi. 

They believe that quality beer is the most fundamental given and is the starting point for everything else they do. They love to brew various beers, such as proper pub ales, hefeweizens, pale ales, IPAs, stouts and experimental beers. They do not just focus on one style of beer; they take note of the seasons, availability of local ingredients and the evolving palates of their customers. Our favourite beer of theirs is the Dragon IPA, winner of the 2019 Asian Beerfest in Singapore, achieving a Gold Medal in the IPA category!

Impact Brewing ♻️

7 Bridges Brewing Co. is committed to IMPACT BREWING and Zero Waste initiatives. Their founder Uncle Stanley coined the term ‘IMPACT BREWING’ to describe their mission to leverage the power of craft beer to do good for the community and our local environment.

7 Bridges Zero Waste mission is to create value-added products from brewing by-products. This means reusing or recapturing wastewater, spent grain, yeast and hops to make pizza dough, chilli sauce, soap and more. Their research lab has found ingenious uses for items other breweries see as waste; this research will lead them to sustainability and beyond.

It’s not just beers they excel at either; upstairs, you can find a swanky cocktail bar with a fantastic menu and professional bartenders. The menu is extensive, with newer cocktails and, of course, the classics. They only use the best booze, non of the cheap stuff, ensuring the highest quality and respect for the cocktail.
