Ceramic4You

Looking for something a bit different to do in Saigon? Ceramic 4U is a brilliant little date spot in Thao Dien.

The idea is simple: pick a piece of pottery, grab some paint and make it your own. They’ve got templates and plenty of colours to get you started, but you can design whatever you want.

Once you’re finished, they put your masterpiece into the kiln and a few days later, you’ve got your very own piece of pottery to take home. Which is a lot more memorable than another dinner and a couple of beers.

I came here with my girlfriend for a date and honestly, we had such a good time. It’s relaxed, creative and gives you something to actually do together, rather than sitting opposite each other wondering what to talk about.

They also have food and drinks, so you can easily make an afternoon or evening out of it.

It’s also really kid-friendly, so this works just as well for a family day out.

Great date, great activity, and something genuinely different to do in Thao Dien.

Save this one for your next date night. Saigon Scene is all about finding the stuff you didn’t know you could do in Saigon. This is The Scene.
