Birr Pilates is an official Stott Pilates studio located in Lily Residence Thao Dien with state-of-the-art Merrithew Stott Pilates equipment imported all the way from Canada. Birr Pilates instructors have undergone lengthy and thorough training, with some of their instructors being pilates teachers for over a decade.
What is Stott Pilates?
The Stott method aims at restoring the natural curvatures of the spine and rebalancing the muscles surrounding the joints, Birr Pilates offers various classes to help you along your Pilates journey.
