Before becoming a member of Saigon Scene, you must read, agree, and accept all of the terms and conditions provided below, as well as those incorporated by reference, including the agreements to the terms and conditions of all participating venues.
In this document, “we,” “ourselves,” and “our” refer to Saigon Scene Liverpool, and “site” and “website” refer to saigon-scene.com.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions, and we will notify our members by uploading the most current version to our website.
By being a cardholder or app member of Saigon Scene, you are entitled to an annual (or monthly, if an app member) membership starting from the date on which the order was placed. To receive a discount, a valid Saigon Scene Membership Card (or the Saigon Scene App) must be presented at the point of sale. A valid Saigon Scene Membership Card/Saigon Scene App is:
- In possession of the rightful owner.
- Only valid up to and including the expiry date printed on the front of the card/denoted on the Member page of the Saigon Scene App.
The discounts advertised on our website are not available in conjunction with any other offer and are per cardholder/app member. Participating venues reserve the right to accept the Saigon Scene Membership Card/Saigon Scene App on a discretionary basis should they doubt its validity. We are not responsible for providing a replacement Saigon Scene card if it is lost or cosmetically damaged.
We will update our website and social media utilities as promptly as possible. However, we are not responsible for outdated discounts or misinformation that may appear online or on printed material, as the information may have been based on previous discounts. The information we present online is for informational purposes only, and the images are for illustrative purposes only. We do not make any warranty or guarantee of any material on this site.
We are not responsible for the withdrawal of any participating venues, but Saigon Scene Membership Cardholders/Saigon Scene App Members have the benefit of additional participating venues that may sign up at a later date. Saigon Scene directors and other representatives will not be held liable for damages that could occur through connection with Saigon Scene.
We are not responsible for the welfare of Saigon Scene Membership Cardholders/Saigon Scene App Members or the experience that occurs at participating venues. We will not be involved in relations between Cardholders/Saigon Scene App Members and participating venues.
On occasion, we may fail to enforce one of the above terms and conditions; however, this will not prevent us from subsequently enforcing them in the future.
