No doubt about it, this past year and a bit has been a wild ride! And that’s especially true for small business owners. In the early spring of 2020, the coronavirus pandemic forced thousands of small businesses across Saigon to suffer. Even now, to this day, many businesses are still struggling to recover.
One in four business owners says they have had to decrease the number of employees on their team. And have taken massive hits to their revenue. But small business owners are nothing if not resilient. When the going got tough, the tough got going.
