Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Monthly and Annual renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel from your account page at any time. Your pass keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.

I already use the Saigon Scene app. Do I need a new account?

No. Sign in here with the same Google, Apple or email login you use in the app and it is the same account.

I already pay for Scene Pass in the app. What happens to my subscription?

Nothing changes for you. You keep your subscription and your price, locked as a Founding Member, and you do not need to buy it again here. If your pass does not show on your account page yet, email [email protected] and we will switch it on.

What do I get with a free account?

Signing in is free and gives you an account with the happy-hour map, the guides and the monthly newsletter if you want it. The partner discount comes with Scene Pass.

Do I need to download anything?

No. Scene Pass opens in your phone’s browser, and you can add it to your home screen if you want it one tap away.

How does the venue know it is real?

Staff type a short PIN on your phone to confirm the visit. That also logs it, which is how a venue can see Scene Pass brings them customers.

Is there a minimum spend?

No minimum, no voucher codes and no booking requirement. A few venues set their own terms, such as dine-in only, and each partner page says so.
