Clay and The Deck in Thảo Điền are both trading and both good, but neither runs a beer programme at all: they are cocktail and wine rooms. Khoai Ruin Bar is a genuine beer bar with a big list, but every beer it names publicly is Vietnamese, and we could not confirm a single Belgian brand on the shelf.
