If you're looking for somewhere to spend a sunny afternoon in Saigon, The Bricks is hard to beat.
For me, it's the ultimate pool spot in Thao Dien. Big pool, sun loungers, good food, good drinks and a great atmosphere. Basically everything you need for a proper day by the pool.
And it's not just about the pool. The Bricks is always doing something. DJs, events, birthdays, cocktails and plenty of reasons to stick around longer than you planned.
Want the sun? Grab a lounger and settle in. Had enough of sweating? Head inside and cool off. They've also got their new restaurant inside the venue, with pit smokers doing pizzas and smoked meats.
The food is seriously good, the drinks keep flowing and the staff are always welcoming.
It's one of those places where you can turn up for a couple of hours and somehow end up spending the whole day there.

What are The Brix's opening hours?
The Brix is open 11am to 12am Tuesday to Friday and 10am to 12am Saturday and Sunday, and closed on Monday. Opens at 10am on Saturdays and Sundays. The lunch menu runs Tuesday to Friday, 11am to 4pm.
