I don’t know about you, but I indeed have suffered the effects of lockdown and constant binge eating. But, now that we’re “free”, we can do something about it. I will walk you through a day in my life with the Saigon scene card and how I’ve changed my attitude towards health and fitness whilst saving money doing so!

Once I’ve caught my breath and showered at Hustle gym, I hop back on my motorbike and head to GreenBox at Soma. They have got the balance right at GreenBox with healthy but delicious food with a wide selection to choose from. The barista has mastered the art of coffee making, and theirs is my favourite flat white in the city! I highly recommend the Crab Scramble, delicious chunks of crab meat with scrambled eggs in a fresh croissant accompanied with a tasty sriracha hollandaise sauce. After letting my food digest and chatting to friends at GreenBox, I head over to Holly Polly Smoothie at Chill Deck. Located on the banks of the Saigon River, you are welcomed with a fantastic view of Landmark 81 and a carefully selected playlist of great music. The chill deck has to be one of the best places in Saigon to relax and get some work done. You can enjoy a wide range of coffees, smoothies, food and their famous smoothie bowls.
