If you're looking for a proper sports bar in Thao Dien, High Tide is well worth knowing about.
It's a huge venue with loads of space, great bar food, plenty of drinks and, most importantly, they're reliable when it comes to the sport. Football, AFL, NFL, whatever you want to watch, just ask and they'll do their best to get it on. No scrolling through dodgy streams on your phone. That's always a win.
The food is another big reason to come. They've got some seriously good bar food, with plenty of deals throughout the week. Tuesday is wing night, with wings at half price, and their happy hour is also worth checking out.
There's a solid selection of beers on tap too, including Liefmans, Vedett White, Tiger and more.
It's conveniently located around the Thao Dien area, and because the venue is so big, it's also a good shout if you're bringing a group or there's a big sporting event on.
For me, it's a simple formula: good sport, good beer, good food and good deals.
Save this one for the next big game, or just head down on Tuesday and attack the wings.
